Does anyone have a good recipe for crabmeat stuffed mushrooms?

ReplyDelete3 Shallots or 1 small onion, minced
2 T butter or margarine
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 c chopped parsley
! T prepared white horseradish
6 ounce crabmeat, drained and flaked
24 medium mushrooms, stemmed
1. Place shallots and butter in a 1 quart bowl. Cook on High 2 minutes. Stir in garlic, parsley, horseradish and crabmeat.
2. Stuff mushroom caps with crab filling. Arrange half the mushrooms on an 8 inch plate. Cook on high 2 to 3 minutes, just until mushrooms are soft to the touch; do not overcook. Serve while you cook the second batch.
