New Veggie Recipes

I went to a CSA yesterday with a friend to share in her bounty and came home with some swiss chard, okra, tomatillos and bok choy. Anyone have any great recipes for these?

  1. For swiss chard, I love to just saute it in olive oil with garlic, finish it with a little crushed red pepper. YUM!

    Okra, gumbo.

    I know I've had recipes that called for tomatillos, maybe green salsa and green enchilada sauce?

    Bok choy, stir fry.

    I bought cranberry-colored shell beans (http://t0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTDlFCn00oVUwSxq4-EnMWBLujPsblUp_xyZ9V2bibBGHHvZmg&t=1&usg=__S_9rF8lqksWTf1FDBd9AgIdY8JY=) at the farm yesterday. They're beautiful, and I was curious. Anyone ever tried them? Any recipes?
