Kale

Brad planted a bunch of Kale in our early spring garden - I've never cooked with it before. Anyone got some recipes or pointers. Some will be ready this week, I think.

  1. I wish I had an actual recipe for you, but this one I discovered by chance. I'm not sure if you have ever been there but there is a restaurant in Greenwich CT called Baang and they have a FABULOUS crispy spinach. Well I emulated it with Kale.
    Basically in a medium to hot uber buttery coated pan cook coarsely chopped kale. It will get wet and dark and keep cooking because it will crisp up on you into a sensational buttery treat!
