We share recipes and ask and answer questions from “How do you feed your family at night when you don’t walk in the door until 5:30 and you have a soccer game at 6 and piano lessons at 6:15 ... on opposite ends of town?” to “What’s your Thanksgiving menu this year?” to “Remember that punch you made at Christmas? I wish I had an actual recipe for you, but this one I discovered by chance. I'm not sure if you have ever been there but there is a restaurant in Greenwich CT called Baang and they have a FABULOUS crispy spinach. Well I emulated it with Kale.
ReplyDeleteBasically in a medium to hot uber buttery coated pan cook coarsely chopped kale. It will get wet and dark and keep cooking because it will crisp up on you into a sensational buttery treat!
